CZ0242 full plastic explosion-proof control box
There are three sizes of enclosure for full plastic explosion-proof operation post series can be selected, in which the 1-9 pieces of board front mounting rail type explosion-proof components can be built-in. The enclosure made of glass fiber reinforced polyester of static resistence and it is able to withstand the most extreme conditions of industrial operation. The concave-convex joint is designed betwee nthe cover and body adn they are sealed by the structure of air-foam rubber bar, which ensure the degree of protection IP65.
The two kinds of mounting way of the operation post are pendant and vertical type, equipped with the special vertical foot tray and the rain proof cover of the stainless steel.The built-in explosion-proof components module are mounted on the 35mm standard mounting rails.The cable entries can be arranged on the top or bottom according to user's requrest, which the plastic molded or metal cable gland can be equipped alternatively.
