In accordance with this reoccurring theme, production crews on the set of the new "Godzilla" movie have decided to use Larson Electronics LLC HAL-32-60W-ITG-LED explosion proof LED light as well.
This 60 watt low profile explosion proof linear LED light features a T6 temperature rating and is approved for Class 1 Division 2 and Class 2 Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous work environments. This durable LED light has been designed for installation in locations where flammable vapors, gases and combustible dusts and fiber exist or have the potential to exist. With NEMA 3, 4X and IP66 ratings, this LED fixture is also approved for areas where wind, water, snow or high ambients might be expected.
The 60 watt LED comes protected by a single impact and vibration resistant polycarbonate lens with either a frosted finish to reduce glare, or a clear finish to maximize light output. The LED assembly is housed within a low profile one piece copper-free extruded aluminum body that is designed to withstand hazardous and harsh conditions. A one wiring access plate makes for easy access to the driver lead, and a high temperature rated silicone gasketing between the lens and the housing provides NEMA 4X and IP66 sealing. In addition to the rugged-built lens and body, the HAL-32-60W-ITG-LED comes equipped with supplemental 20kA/10kA surge protection.
